TAFE
I have just finished my 3 weeks of automotive and next we are going to be doing sport and rec. I really enjoyed it because you got to do some hands on stuff and you learnt many new things.
On the Holidays
On the holidays we didn’t do very much we just stayed home and on saturdays we went to play netball. We went to warrnambool twice and hamilton twice. When we went to hamilton I bouhgt a tv for my room. On saturday we went to an 18th birthday party and didn’t do very much we got home at 12:30pm and didn’t get to bed until 2:30am sunday morning because we had to wait until our friends parents got home from the party.

Motorcycle Safety
Today we watched a motorcycle safety presentation. Merv Williams told us lots of different things like the 10 safety steps.
Some Important Steps Were:
1. wear a helmet
2. wear goggles, long sleeve shirt, long pants and boots
3. Never ride alone
4. Ride in the same direction as the other motorcycle riders on the track.
5. Check your motorbike brakes, water, oil and fuel.
6. Have fun!!!
He told us about all of the different motorcycle sports like Motorcross, Supercross, Trials and Endurance.

The weekend
On the weekend i went to mount eccles with on of my friends and had a BBQ and a french lady came with them to. we went through the cave right to the end. Also on the weekend i went to melbourne to see my nan’s partner in hospital, we stayed there for a while and then we went back on the train to geelong and then drove 3 hours back to my house.
Cyber Safety
On Thursday Brett Lee came to our school to talk about Cyber Safety.
- He was a Police Officer in Queensland for 22 years.
- He went to Iraq to teach some young police officers.
- In Iraq he had a machine gun and a pistol beside his bed and he had to take the pistol everywhere.
- He has now been a detective for 5 years.
- He has caught 98 people using the internet to get to young people.
- Don’t give anyone your personal details.
- It’s not good to put photo’s of yourself on the internet because people can track you down.
